These terms apply to every order placed at gunsandgoods.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
Guns & Goods is a trade name of a federally licensed firearms dealer in California.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or older where the item or your state requires it, and not prohibited by law from having the items you buy.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A person reviews every order before it is placed with the distributor. We authorize your card at checkout and charge it only when we approve the order. We may cancel all or part of an order, for example when the distributor is out of stock, when a price or description is wrong, when we cannot confirm your identity, or when we believe the sale would break the law. If we cancel before approval, we release the authorization; if we cancel after charging your card, we refund the cancelled amount.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Shipping is charged per package at checkout; see Shipping & Delivery. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
Identity check
An order totaling $300.00 or more, or an order flagged by our fraud checks, may require an identity check before we approve it. We ask for a photo of the front of a government ID; a selfie is optional. Our staff review the images. The name on the ID must match the cardholder, and the billing address must match the address on the ID. We store the images encrypted while your account exists; for a guest order, they remain with the order. You may ask us to delete them at any time. A verified account may be asked again if its billing name changes or a fraud check requires it. If the billing address changes, we review the change before shipping. We ship only to the card’s billing address. The card is authorized at checkout and charged only when we approve the order; if we do not approve it within 5 days, we cancel it and release the authorization. If we cannot verify an order, we may hold or cancel it.
Shipping and risk of loss
Items ship from distributor warehouses, and delivery dates are estimates. We ship only to the billing address provided with the card; we do not ship to a separate address. The risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, see Shipping & Delivery.

Firearms
Firearms ship only to a licensed dealer (FFL) for transfer, and a transfer depends on a background check and on the laws where you live. See FFL & Firearms.
Following the law
You are responsible for knowing and following the federal, state and local laws that apply to the items you buy, where you live and where you use them. Some items cannot ship to some states; see State Restrictions. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe would break the law. Product information comes from manufacturers and distributors: check fit and compatibility before you install a part, and have a qualified gunsmith install parts you are not familiar with.
Warranties
Products carry their manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a product or an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If there is a problem, email us first; most things can be fixed quickly.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
