How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in about a week. Items we receive and reship ourselves take 2 to 3 weeks. See Shipping & Delivery.
What does shipping cost?
$9.95 per package for items that ship from a distributor, $19.95 per package for items we reship. You see the total at checkout before you pay.
Do you have a store I can visit?
No. Guns & Goods is online only, and orders ship straight from distributor warehouses.
Why am I asked to verify my identity?
An order of $300.00 or more, or one flagged by our fraud checks, may need an identity check before approval. We ask for a photo of the front of your government ID; a selfie is optional. Our staff review the images, which are encrypted and kept while your account exists. If you check out as a guest, the images stay with the order. You can ask us to delete them. A verified account is not usually asked again unless its billing name changes or a fraud check requires it.
Is this item legal in my state?
Some items, such as magazines over a capacity limit and certain trigger devices, cannot ship to some states. See State Restrictions. Local laws can be stricter, and you are responsible for the laws where you live.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days if it is unopened and unused. Opened optics carry a 15% restocking fee. See Returns & Warranty.
Can I cancel an order?
Email [email protected] right away. If the order has not been placed with the distributor yet, we cancel it. Once it has shipped, it becomes a return.
Do you sell firearms or ammunition?
Not yet for firearms; they will ship to a licensed dealer (FFL) of your choice. See FFL & Firearms. We do not sell ammunition.
How can I pay?
Major credit and debit cards.
We ship only to the billing address on your card. Checkout does not accept a different shipping address.
Why is my order still processing?
A person checks every order before it is placed with the distributor, usually within one business day. If anything needs your attention, we email you.
