Firearm sales are not open yet. This page explains how they will work.
A firearm ships to a dealer, never to your door
Federal law requires a firearm bought online to be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). You choose the dealer; the firearm ships to them, and you pick it up there.
- Choose your dealer. At checkout, pick a licensed dealer near you who accepts transfers. Call them first: most charge a transfer fee, and some want notice before a shipment arrives.
- We confirm the dealer’s license, and then the distributor ships the firearm to that dealer.
- Pick it up at the dealer. You complete ATF Form 4473 and the background check there, along with any waiting period or paperwork your state requires. The transfer fee is paid to the dealer.
Your state’s rules apply
Your state’s laws apply at the dealer. Some firearms cannot be sold in some states, and some states require a permit, a waiting period or their own background check. We do not ship a firearm to a state where we know it cannot be transferred, and the dealer has the final say on any transfer.
Age
Federal law requires you to be at least 21 to buy a handgun and at least 18 to buy a rifle or shotgun from a dealer. Some states set higher ages.
If a transfer is denied
If a transfer can’t be completed, the firearm comes back to us and we refund the purchase price minus the return shipping. Any fee the dealer charged is between you and the dealer.
Ammunition
We do not sell ammunition.
